Make sure CAPITAL LETTERS, SPACING, and UNIVERSITY NAME FORMAT are all correct:

Capitals to every word.

NO last names. We value your privacy (and so should you).

For schools known by an acronym (ex: MIT, USC, NYU, UCLA...), use this acronym.

For schools known through their one-word name, do NOT add the word "University" at the end (ex: Harvard, Stanford, Princeton...).

For schools that are known through a mix of acronym and full words, use commonly used denomination (ex: UC Berkeley, UPenn, UChicago, UMichigan...)

For schools with MULTIPLE undergraduate colleges, add your home college in the name IF IT FITS IN THE CHARACTER LIMIT (ex: UPenn Wharton, USC Viterbi, Columbia SEAS...)

Jane Doe from the College of Arts & Sciences at Harvard:

Paste your PERMANENT Zoom link here. It will be sent to users when they book a meeting with you. Make sure the link is NOT for a scheduled meeting, but for your Personal Meeting Room (PMI) on Zoom.
